What do you look for in a tarot deck?

As the title asks, what do you look for when searching for a tarot deck?

I personally look for a deck that features full illustrations for ALL cards, not just the major arcana and the royalty. I'm also really interested in decks that feature designs I am personally interested in, such as using the greek myths to illustrate the situations represented in each suit.

I also look for a deck that encourages a lot of free thought, leaving you room to interpret things a little differently as opposed to a more rigid deck.

I really like a lot of color as well; not TOO much but enough that it is eye catching and nicely done.

What about you? What draws you to a deck? The history, the art....

I just go for a deck that I can relate to and seems to like me.

Personally, I look for what one catches my eye first, then I use my energies to see if it is drawn to the deck or not. Some decks it makes me feel like they are nice but not really meant for me. If I feel drawn into the deck then I know it's for me. I know it's no science, but it's what works for me and how I feel!

I bought my own deck and have never had bad luck with it yet. In fact, when compared to the decks I've been given, this is my absolute favorite and the one with which I connect best.
