Hearing things that aren't there?

Okay, I'm not if this is anything at all.

But I don't think it's solely just my imagination playing tricks on me.

When my kids are staying elsewhere and the house is quiet, I swear I can hear them crying, and I was wondering if there's anything to it.

Or if it is just my overactive imagination.

I had the same thing happen to me when my little girl was an infant. I swear, I even had my headphones on and could hear her crying!!

I think it's sometimes that we hear it so much we become paranoid and end up hearing it when it's not happening.

Either that or we're hearing it when they do it and are having premonitive clairaudience for when they're gonna do it next!

I swear, some of those times, I was right, and should not have been able to hear her!

Thanks I might have to look into Clairaudience because at those particular times when I heard my kids, they weren't in the same house as I was.
