How do you know if the person you are with is The One for you?

And is there really just a certain The One? Or can you choose who is The One for you?

Hey Ariadne,

There are plenty of "Ones" out there, universe wouldn't just give you one soulmate because there are times when we'll be incarnated without our soulmate present.

Generally people have 2 soulmates, one who is more of a kin/sibling to them and another who is a romantic soulmate.

Secondly, due to the way the universe works, when the universe is short on souls, some souls will be split (like worms) into 3, which therefore creates 3 new people, who if they ever found one another would feel like the other person is the other half of their soul, which is literally true. These are what is termed twin flames, where 2-3 people are linked because they technically share the same soul.

The last type on the soul level is kindred souls and these are just souls that are connected to us through soul compatibility, the souls are compatible because of common interests and energies within the soul but they are not perfectly compatible like a soulmate or twin soul.

Lastly you have the Life Partner which is someone who is compatible on a human level, and those people are great if you don't want to bother with the soul level at all, if you just want someone to connect to you on a human and physical level.

So V, how do you know which you have then? Like for example, me and Randy. What would Randy be considered? This just had me curious

yeah is see that but i feel my fiance is my "one" it's not able to be explained like love it's self it's just that way to me .... we are just conected in some strong way ... so is he my sole mate or just my huiman mate lol?

That all depends on the kinds of links you have, a spiritual link between people is hard NOT to detect ya know? That is when it's more likely to be a soulmate.

Otherwise if it's just high compatibility, then it's just a life partner.

I agree with you Howahkan, I got that he isn't a jerk either . . . just dealing with a tough situation that seems to have no really good answer.

I'm a bit unsure on the subject of soulmates.

I believe I have found mine, but if you asked me to describe how I knew... Well, I don't think I could describe it. I just... knew.
