I had an interesting thought today while I was sitting watching Bones tonight.
There was some commercial on about bread, you know, dempsters heart healthy bread. It goes something like, "Your heart works hard, it starts and it keeps going even after you've quit for the day. So keep your heart healthy with this bread" and blah blah blah.
It just clicked in, where I said, you know, it's very true your heart keeps going as long as you live.
Which made me think, "Wow, you know you can lose your mind and you can still be alive, but if you lose your heart, you're dead."
Gives a heck of a lotta food for thought when it comes to following your heart.
