when you go out today give a little smile.
There maybe someone thats not seen one in a while.
Some poor person might be having a really bad day.
Give them a smile if they happen to look your way

When you go for a walk to your local shop
Give the shop keeper a smile has you pay for your pop
As you take your kids up to bed before you turn off the light
Just look over and give them a smile before you say goodnight

Theres alot to say about the smiles we share
it shows people your there for them and you care
if theres a time when you really dont no what to say
just look at that person and give a big smile ok

I am sat here at my pc its 5.30am and i cant sleep
Its very quiet here theres not a sound not a peep
A good time to sit and really have a good think
Into my deepest thoughts and feelings i can sink.

To be thankful for everything i have got in life
A good time to just let go of trouble and strife
To be thankfull for my children and my friends
Knowing ill be there for you all till my life ends

Yes 530am is a good time to send out my thoughts and healing
To all you good people who are really having that run down feeling
Try to keep your chin up and smile, i know its hard and you feel alone
Talk to someone close someone who will listen be it by letter or by phone

So now its time for me to go lie down and sleep
I give you this message in your heart you must keep
To love yourself each day and to know you are special
Your love ones are still with you, all they have done is left their vessel.
